Who we are

SENALOGISTICS LLC operates the freight brokerage business presented on this website under the brand name SENA Logistics. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to SENALOGISTICS LLC.

Information you provide through a form

When you submit one of the forms on this site, we collect the information you enter. Depending on which form you use, that may include:

• Contact details — your name, company name, email address, and telephone number.
• Shipment details, when requesting freight options or assistance — pickup and destination locations, commodity description, packaging, weight, dimensions, equipment preference, timing, and any handling notes you provide.
• Carrier application details, when a carrier submits a registration request — company and DBA name, USDOT and MC numbers, operating and terminal addresses, fleet size, equipment types, insurance carrier and coverage amounts, preferred lanes, and reference information.
• Your message — whatever you choose to write in a free-text field.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank account details.

How that information is used

Information submitted through a form is used to respond to your inquiry and to conduct business with you — for example, to prepare freight options, coordinate a shipment, evaluate a carrier application, or reply to a general question. We use it for the purpose for which you submitted it.

Where inquiries are delivered

Shipment and freight quote inquiries submitted through the quote request forms on this website are delivered to our quotes inbox at quotes@senalogistics.com. General inquiries submitted through the contact form are delivered to our customer care inbox at freightcare@senalogistics.com.

Service providers that handle submissions

To deliver and protect form submissions, we use service providers that process information on our behalf:

• aifeatures.dev — the form-handling service. When you submit a form, the information you entered is transmitted to this service, which records the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. This is why we cannot say that information never passes through a third party: it does, in order to reach us.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — the security service used to protect our forms against automated abuse. When you submit a form, Turnstile evaluates the request to help determine whether it comes from a person rather than a bot. In normal use it does not ask you to solve a puzzle.
• Website hosting and content delivery — this website is hosted on third-party infrastructure that serves the pages you are viewing.

These providers are not advertising companies, and we do not permit them to use the information they process for us for their own advertising purposes.

Information stored in your browser

The Freight Readiness Checker and the freight quote request page use your browser’s session storage to pass shipment details between them. If you use the “Use These Details in a Quote Request” action on the checker, the shipment information you entered is saved temporarily in your own browser so the quote page can show it to you for review and editing.

This is stored on your device, not on our servers. It is removed from session storage as soon as the quote page has read it, and your browser clears session storage when the session ends. Nothing is sent to us until you review the information and submit the form yourself.

The Freight Readiness Checker and the Freight Density Calculator both perform their work entirely in your browser. If you use them without submitting a form, nothing you enter is sent to us.

Advertising

We do not sell inquiry information, and we do not share it with advertisers or with advertising lead-generation companies.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiry emails without a fixed deletion schedule. If you would like us to delete an inquiry you have submitted, contact us using the details below and we will address your request.

Your choices

You are not required to submit a form to use this website. If you would like to ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, contact us using the details below.
