For Carriers

Carrier relationships built on clear expectations.

SENA Logistics works with carriers who value communication, reliability, proper documentation, and professional load execution.

Carrier Standards

What We Look for in Carrier Partners

We partner with carriers who meet consistent standards — protecting shippers, carriers, and the integrity of every load.

Active Operating Authority

Carriers must hold active motor carrier authority with the FMCSA and maintain a satisfactory safety rating.

Current Insurance

Current and valid cargo and liability insurance coverage meeting minimum requirements for the freight type.

Professional Communication

Responsive communication before, during, and after the load — accessible drivers and dispatch contacts.

Accurate Equipment Information

Equipment represented accurately. The truck and trailer dispatched must match what was confirmed at booking.

Timely POD Submission

Proof of delivery submitted promptly after load completion. Clean, legible documentation required.

Reliable Service Performance

On-time pickup, on-time delivery, and professional execution throughout the load — every time.
